Gesipa: The Pioneer of Cordless Rivet Guns

Founded in 1955 in Germany, Gesipa® has become a leading international company in the blind rivet market. Today, Gesipa® attributes its ongoing success to its commitment to innovation, investment in people, manufacturing excellence, partnerships, and reliable processes. With a certified quality management system, every product undergoes extensive quality assurance and function checks beyond the standard scope, ensuring customers trust Gesipa® for their fastening needs.

In Australia, RivetLab® is proud to be an Authorised Dealer and Service Centre for Gesipa®. We stock Gesipa Rivet Guns, Gesipa Nutsert Guns, spare parts, and Gesipa Bulb-Tite® Rivets.

Gesipa Rivet Gun

Gesipa® is the pioneer behind the cordless rivet gun, introducing models such as the Classic Accubird, Powerbird, and Firebird (Nutsert Gun) since the early 1990s. The latest versions, including the Accubird Pro and Powerbird Pro Gold, can install structural rivets up to 6.4mm and Gesipa Bulb-Tite® rivets up to 7.7mm, now powered by the CAS (Cordless Alliance System) battery platform.

The newest Firebird Pro Series cordless Nutsert Guns can install rivet nuts up to M12 in steel. The Firebird Pro Gold stroke version is the only battery-operated rivet nut gun capable of installing M12 stainless steel rivet nuts.

We also offer other Gesipa Rivet Guns, such as the air hydraulic Gesipa Taurus series, for those needing air-powered rivet guns. For manual operation, consider the Gesipa Flipper or the HN2-BT.

We stock Gesipa spare parts and, with our factory-trained team, provide in-house servicing for Gesipa Rivet Guns. This ensures you receive the highest quality maintenance and support, giving you peace of mind with every purchase.

Gesipa Accessories & Gesipa Spare Parts

In addition to rivet guns, we supply a range of Gesipa accessories and spare parts, including the new Gesipa CAS Li-ion batteries and chargers, the 90-degree angle head, and the retaining nosepiece. Contact us to discuss your specific needs.
