Gesipa® GBM10 is a robust rivnut tool to set rivet nuts / nutserts up to M5 in all materials and up to M6 in aluminium.
FEATURES:
- Cast aluminium body and forged chrome-vanadium steel head
- Quick mandrel change, no tools required – push the mandrel into position with a positive ‘click’
- Accurate stroke adjustment occurs by turning the unique adjusting screw – Wind the adjusting screw all the way in, then working from the position “0”, turn the adjusting screw counter-clockwise – the numbers indicate a 1mm stroke increase. The stroke will vary depending on the size of the rivet nut and the thickness of the material the rivet nut is being set into. Always check that the rivet nut you are using is suitable for the material thickness. e.g. an M6 rivet nut would normally require between 4mm and 6mm stroke depending on the material thickness
- Supplied in a metal case with an assortment of free M4, M5 and M6 aluminium rivet nuts
- Supplied with M4, M5 & M6 mandrels and nosepieces
- Made in Germany
