Terms of Sale

By using the Purchase Services to purchase the Product through the Website, you agree to pay the Price listed on the Website for the Product. Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable. All Prices are current and subject to change without notice. For bulky orders, Prices are negotiable. You may contact our sales team to discuss this.

Products shown on the Website are generally in stock. If the Products you purchased are not in stock, we will contact you immediately to advise you of the lead time. If these lead times do not meet your needs, we can refund the total amount of your purchase.

Product Information

Each Product is sold subject to its Product Description. We will take reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions, and prices appearing on the Website are correct when the relevant information is entered into our system. Although we aim to keep the Website as up-to-date as possible, the information, including Product Descriptions, appearing on this Website at a particular time may not always reflect the position at the exact moment you place an order. We reserve the right to withdraw any products from this Website at any time and/or remove or edit any materials or content on this Website without notice.

Stock

We typically maintain stock for all items. However, items labelled "Ask for Availability" may be either out-of-stock or low-stock. Feel free to call us to inquire about their availability. If an item marked as in stock on the website is found to be out-of-stock during the dispatch process, we will promptly contact you to discuss potential solutions.

Payment

All payments must be made in full prior to collection or delivery.

Payments may be made through PayPal or Shopify Payment Gateway facilities via the website and are subject to the terms and conditions of these providers.

Following our confirmation of payment, you will receive an email to confirm that the payment has been received, and we will send you a copy of the invoice with the goods.

Warranty

Our Products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

We offer a 12-month warranty covering defects in material or workmanship under regular use, starting from the date of purchase. A replacement product or part will assume the remaining warranty of the original product or 12 months from the date of replacement or repair, whichever is longer.

For Gesipaยฎ manual, battery-powered, and air hydraulic tools, a 24-month warranty applies, with a 6-month warranty on batteries. Please refer to the Gesipa Manufacturer's Warranty document for further details.

During the Warranty Period, we will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship under regular use and maintenance.

However, this Warranty does not cover the following cases:

  • Any defect or damage that is a result of repair, alteration or modification carried out without our written permission.
  • The use of parts not sold or approved by us are used in any replacement or repair
  • The Product is damaged due to being used for a purpose for which it is not designed, sold or otherwise not in accordance with any instructions for use.
  • The Product is damaged as a result of operating the Product incorrectly or when it was known to be defective
  • When parts require replacement due to normal wear, including the replacement of parts such as jaws and springs
  • When damage is caused directly or indirectly by lack of user care, incorrect nosepieces, incorrect air pressure or power supply.

To make a warranty claim during the warranty period, you must be able to provide proof of purchase showing the date of purchase of the Products. In the first instance, you should contact us to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution for you.

The material on the Website is protected by copyright under the laws of Australia and through international treaties. You expressly understand and agree that RivetLab Pty Ltd shall not be liable to you for any direct, indirect, incidental, special consequential or exemplary damages which you may incur, however, caused and under any theory of liability. This shall include, but is not limited to, any loss of profit (whether incurred directly or indirectly), any loss of goodwill or business reputation and any other intangible loss.

RivetLab Pty Ltd is not responsible or liable in any manner for any site content posted on the Website or in connection with the Purchase Services, whether posted or caused by users of the website of RivetLab Pty Ltd, by third parties or by any of the Purchase Services offered by RivetLab Pty Ltd.
