You can opt to have your order delivered, or if you prefer not to pay for a delivery, you can collect it from our warehouse at Unit 4, 28 Barcoo St., Roseville, NSW 2069.
Delivery Locations and Charges
We offer shipping to almost any address in Australia through Express Post (Australia Post) or courier services. Currently, international delivery is not available.
Depending on the product weight and your postcode, shipping charges will be calculated during the Checkout Process. In some remote areas, we may contact you to discuss additional shipping costs or determine the best method for your location. If the costs are not acceptable, we can fully refund your purchase.
Delivery Timeframes
If you opt to collect in-store, you will receive an email to inform you when your goods are ready for collection.
If you opt for delivery, you will receive an email when the goods have been dispatched to the delivery service provider with details so you can track your order.
When you place an order, we will strive to have your order dispatched in 1 to 2 business days. The normal delivery usually takes 1 to 5 business days. For Remote Areas, the delivery time will depend on the postcode.
If, for any reason, there is a delay, we will contact you immediately to advise you of lead times. If these lead times do not meet your needs, we can refund the full amount of your purchase.
Authority to Leave
If you want your order left at your address even if you are not home, you may leave a note on the 'Your Cart' page before checkout, giving us permission to leave it at your preferred location. If you choose this option:
- You are accepting responsibility for delivery of the item once it leaves the RivetLab warehouse
- RivetLab Pty Ltd assumes a delivery has been made if the delivery service provider reports that the item has been delivered
- Non-delivery claims by customers will not be accepted if the delivery service provider confirms delivery has been made
