Returns
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it for a full refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging and needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
You acknowledge and agree that you are liable for any postage and shipping costs associated with any refund pursuant to this clause. Shipping costs are non-ยญrefundable. However, we will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error, i.e., you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.

Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also email you to inform you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, you should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. However, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
Lost or Damaged in Transit
Please do not sign for the delivery of goods that are obviously damaged. If damage is only found upon unpacking, then please contact us as soon as possible. We will arrange for the goods to be collected and send you a refund or replacement item.
If an item is lost during delivery, please contact the delivery service provider directly to request a refund.
