When is Black Friday Sale this year?

The official industry-wide Black Friday event takes place on 28th November 2025. But here at RivetLab, we’re giving you even more time to shop! Our Black Friday deals start on 18th November 2025 and continue through Cyber Monday on 1st December 2025. This extended period gives you the chance to shop at your own pace, compare options, and make sure you grab all the items on your wishlist without the rush.

Can I place a Black Friday order over the phone?

Absolutely! If you have any questions or prefer not to shop online, just give us a call at 02 9882 1112 and mention “Black Friday Sale”. Our friendly team will be happy to help and apply the discount to your order over the phone.

Do you take rain checks?

Unfortunately, we don’t offer rain checks. Our Black Friday Sale applies only to tools currently in stock. So be sure to grab your favourites before anybody else gets them!

When will my order be dispatched during the sale period?

We do our best to dispatch all orders within two business days. However, if things get extra busy, there might be a slight delay. Don’t worry – we’ll keep you updated every step of the way.

What is the return policy for Black Friday purchases?

Great question! For all Black Friday purchases, our standard Refund Policy applies, so you have 15 calendar days from the date of purchase to make free returns if you change your mind. We want you to shop confidently.
