RivetLab® X12-P Air Nutsert Gun - M4-M12

The RivetLab X12-P is an automatic air rivet nut tool for installing rivet nuts up to M12 in various materials and rivstuds ranging from M4 to M8. Rivstud mandrels  are sold separately. 

An ideal for production lines and project-based installations, this European-made tool distinguishes itself by its pressure-controlled stroke adjustment system. Featuring a pressure adjustment dial and indicator, it provides precise control for different-sized rivet nuts. The tool ensures user-friendly operation with quick and tool-free rivnut mandrel and nosepiece changes. It comes neatly packaged in a EVA foam lined carry case with M4 to M12 nose assemblies for comprehensive versatility in all applications.

The X12-P air rivet nut tool features an auto spin on function activated but applying a small amount of pressure to the mandrel when presenting the rivet nut to the tool. Next, insert the rivet nut into you application and pull the trigger. After the rivet nut has set, the tool will automatically reverse out of the application.

These features result in extremely fast and precise installation of nutserts, and will improve productivity and consistency.
