The RivetLab® Long Series Mandrel is specifically designed for use with the RivetLab RT-512 ratchet rivnut tool or the POP® PNT210 nutsert tool, enabling the installation of plus nuts. Due to their longer body length compared to standard rivet nuts, plus nuts require a longer mandrel for proper installation.
Select the appropriate mandrel size for your plus nuts from the options above. This mandrel can be easily installed into the RT-512 tool. Please refer to the tool's operating manual for detailed instructions on changing the mandrel.
For standard rivet nuts, use the mandrels and nosepieces supplied with the RT-512 tool.
