If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it for a full refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging and needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

You acknowledge and agree that you are liable for any postage and shipping costs associated with any refund pursuant to this clause. Shipping costs are non-­refundable. However, we will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error, i.e., you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.

If you need to return an item, please contact us by sending an email to sales@rivetlab.com for return procedure.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you via email that we have received your returned item, and will notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, you should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Lost or Damaged in Transit
If goods are damaged in transit contact us within 24 hours from receiving the delivery.

In the event that an item is lost in the course of delivery, please contact us to assist with a resolution

Shipping
You can opt to have your order delivered or, if you prefer not to pay for delivery, you can collect from our warehouse at Unit 4, 28 Barcoo St. Roseville NSW 2069.

Delivery Locations and Charges
We can ship to virtually any address in Australia using standard postage or courier services. Unfortunately international delivery is currently not available.

Delivery charges are flat rates, determined by your postcode. For remote areas, you will be reminded to contact us during check out to discuss any further shipping costs or to determine best method or service for your location.

Delivery Timeframes
If you opted to collect in store, you will receive an email to inform you when your goods are ready for collection.

If you opted for delivery, you will receive an email when the goods have been dispatched to the delivery service provider with details so you can track your order.

When you place an order, we will strive to have your order dispatched in 1 to 2 business days. The standard delivery usually takes 1 to 5 business days. For Remote Areas, the delivery time will vary.

Authority to Leave
If you want to have your order left at your address even if you are not home, you may select the Authority To Leave option during check out. If you select this option:

a)You are accepting responsibility for delivery for the item once it leaves the RivetLab warehouse
b)RivetLab Pty Ltd assumes a delivery has been made if the delivery service provider reports that the item has been delivered
c)Non-delivery claims by customers will not be accepted if the delivery service provider confirms delivery has been made
