Our team
Our team’s expertise is second-to-none. This advice is invaluable in helping you to choose not just the right tool for the right job, but also the right tool for you. Overloading, or using the wrong tool for the job can result in slow application, inferior finish or a damaged tool. Making sure you get the right profile and grip will also mean that you’re more comfortable using the tool, particularly for prolonged periods. We stock a wide selection of different profiles, grip ranges and materials, including lock bolts, bulb tite, structural rivets and rivet nuts.
What’s more, the RivetLab team can also show you how to take care of your riveting tool for not just maximum performance, but longevity of the tool itself.
Support for re-sellers
If you are a re-seller, then our team can assist with helping your company sales staff to develop a comprehensive understanding of all the products in the range you choose to stock to ensure that customers get the best advice at the point of sale.
After-sales advice and service
At RivetLab, we understand that our customers are the best ambassadors for our business. That’s why we ensure that our team members are knowledgeable and experienced, able to help all of our customers to get the most out of the product they purchase.
We are also very committed to ‘after care’ – that is, after-sales service and advice in-keeping with manufacturer warranties.
We welcome feedback at all times – it helps us to improve our own sales and service, and we will happily pass feedback on to product manufacturers who are all striving to design and develop the best tools they can.
